Books, bags and art for breast cancer vaccine research

Bags for Earth and Science Inc (BESI) is hosting an event to raise funds for the Breast Cancer vaccine research at RMIT University School of Health and Biomedical Sciences.

Distinguished Professor Vasso Apostolopoulos AM will speak on the breast cancer vaccine development, research she has driven across more than 3 decades in immunology, with over 500 published papers and 20 patents to her name.

Every dollar raised funds the next stage of trial development and recruitment for the breast cancer vaccine at RMIT University, bringing this research closer to clinical reality.

The event will be a combined Books, Bags and Art for Breast Cancer, at which BESI will sell their Branded cotton tote bags, books by author Betty Coracas (including memoir, The Providential Portrait of Dame Elisabeth Murdoch) and silent auction of donated artwork.

This is a ticketed event with finger food and drinks (mocktails). Tickets are available through Try Booking, with discounts for groups of 10.
