Learn how to cook healthy, delicious meals on a budget, while improving your culinary knowledge and skills. Feel confident in the kitchen with this NDIS-friendly, hands-on class.

This class is open to all abilities as we travel around the culinary world, recreating easy-to-cook recipes inspired by different countries. Along the way, we explore the health benefits of fresh food and create simple, budget-conscious recipes that you can confidently prepare at home.

Each week, you’ll build confidence, creativity, and practical kitchen skills through hands-on cooking, teamwork, and social interaction. You will learn safe food handling practices, cleaning routines, and how to work together in a shared kitchen environment.

At the end of each session, you will enjoy and share your culinary creations. It's a relaxed opportunity to connect, socialise, and meet new people in a safe and supportive community.

This is a fun, engaging, and inclusive class that encourages participation and caters to individual needs in a caring and encouraging atmosphere, where everyone belongs, regardless of ability.

Support workers are encouraged to attend at no additional charge.
