Walking Football

Lace up and get back into the game at your own pace.

Walking Football is a low-impact, slower-paced version of soccer where participants walk during the game.

There’s no running, no rough play and no high kicks.

Anyone who can walk can play, with the sessions great for people aged 55 years and older.
