Toorak/South Yarra Library façade remediation works
Toorak/South Yarra Library, will temporarily close from 15 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 for façade remediation works.
These works form part of Council’s ongoing commitment to manage and maintain important library assets.
No access will be permitted into the library building during the works. Signage will direct pedestrians safely around the works zone.
From 6 January 2026, minor works may continue and sections of the entrance may be restricted. Accessible entry will remain open during this time.
We recognise work of this nature may cause some inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
