You only need to register your pool or spa once. After registering, you'll need to have your pool or spa inspected and submit a Certificate of Barrier Compliance (form 23) every four years.

If you have a pool or spa on your property, you must register it with the City of Stonnington.
You must inform Council and arrange an inspection if you want to decommission and remove a swimming pool or spa on your property.
