Cook Well Eat Well (NDIS) - Mornings
Open to all abilities, this class explores easy-to-cook recipes from different countries. We also explore the health benefits of fresh food and create simple budget-conscious recipes for you to cook at home.
Each week you will gain more confidence and creativity so you can prepare or help with meals at home.
At the end of each session, we will share our culinary creations together.
This is a fun, engaging and all-inclusive class. We encourage participation and can cater to specific needs in a caring and supportive way.
