Yoga on Thursday (Vinyasa Flow)

Flow, breathe, and energise your body in our Vinyasa Yoga class. Move through dynamic sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance—guided by your breath.

In this dynamic style of yoga, expect to flow through a series of postures linking the breath to the movement. With modifications offered for all abilities, starting with some yogic breathing, get moving with some asana (postures) and round out the class with a moment of stillness in savasana.

The classes are suitable for all abilities, with our experienced teacher Will attending to your individual needs
