St Edmonds Grove laneway reconstruction

The City of Stonnington will shortly commence the reconstruction of St Edmonds Grove, Glen Iris.
The works will be delivered over several stages commencing at the laneway entrance between property numbers 2 and 6 St Edmonds Grove and extending to the rear of the Happy Monkey cafe (71 Carroll Crescent). This stage is expected to take around 12 weeks to complete. The second stage will be programmed at a later date.
The works deliver on our commitment to maintain community assets to a high standard and provide residents with a safe and functional road and laneway network.
We recognise works of this nature will cause some inconvenience. Every effort will be made to keep disruption to a minimum and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
